Creating Sharp Minds

We are offering an industry-oriented Software Development course to form four leavers with basic computer application knowledge and graduates. This training is run by experienced software engineers and is geared towards giving students practical hands-on experience in developing enterprise software using a number of programming languages. 

The course will consist of learning:

  1. To build real world dynamic web applications.
  2. Practical training and projects to give the students exposure to industry software practice and standards
  3. Guidance by practicing and experienced software engineers, and exposure to real-live projects to work on
Students will benefit from practical skills that will place them at a significant advantage in the job market. 
 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge on basics of web development
  • Bring your own laptop, with the following specs: Core i5, 4 GB RAM, Ubuntu Linux installed

Total Fee Payable: Kshs 70,000/-

Duration: This is a 3-month foundation course

  • What modes of study do you offer?

    The college offers normal classes during the week, evening and weekend classes.

  • What is the fees charged for your courses?

    Fees charged varies per course. The information on the fees for each course is available on our flyers, website, and at our College Campus.

  • Do I need to have my educational documents officially certified?

    As a general rule, Cytonn College requires applicants to submit originals and copies of all the students’ credentials for verification and certification. International students from non- English speaking countries whose academic documents are in foreign languages are required to have them translated. Translations must be official translations, done either by the awarding institution, Embassy/ High Commission or an accredited official translator.

  • What is the student teacher ratio?

    The student-teacher ratio for our college is targeted at 1:30.
